We make every effort to display accurate pricing, however errors may occur. If a product is listed with an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation of price. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal payments.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Bunzstudio is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Pre-orders can be cancelled before shipment. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Customized products and opened figures are non-returnable.
